Each sub-processor above supports an optional feature that is not part of the core email service. If you do not enable e-mail validation or SMS, no data reaches any of them.
Bouncer's data processing agreement states that personal data is processed in European Union based AWS cloud infrastructure in the Frankfurt region. Bouncer does not publish which Amazon contracting entity applies, so Amazon Web Services, Inc. is named above as the group entity.
J2 Martech Corp DBA Kickbox and Filestack, Inc. were removed with effect from September 1st, 2026 and no longer process any Omnivery customer data. Amazon Web Services, Inc. remains on the list in a different position: it was previously engaged as a subprocessor of J2 Martech Corp DBA Kickbox processing in Ireland/EU, and is now engaged as a subprocessor of Bouncer Sp. z o.o. processing in Germany/EU.
