Omnivery requires all emails to be fully authenticated and customer domains to be correctly set up not only at the time of setup but throughout the use of the platform. Since mistakes happen and DNS changes that may affect email flows happen all the time, we periodically revalidate the domain settings.

Whenever the domain fails validation we will automatically notify the account owner and prevent messages that would be affected by such an error from being sent out protecting the domain reputation in the process.

Omnivery handles delivery compliance by automating the daily rate limits for each individual sender, eliminating the hassle of warm-up. Bot detection

Our team has pioneered email bot detection, successfully identifying non-human interactions. These interactions commonly arise from security appliances and anti-phishing scans of inbound emails. Recently, we have encountered a new source of these interactions through Apple's Mail Privacy Protection feature, which loads messages on behalf of users and triggers open tracking.

Our platform effectively detects these non-human interactions and provides detailed reports through webhooks. By accurately measuring engagement and triggering automations, our customers can optimize their strategies.

In-house infrastructure

Unlike most other providers who rely on 3rd party cloud services, we have made the deliberate choice to build and operate our own cloud infrastructure. This way you can easily have data for one domain located in Europe, second domain in US and your most critical data in your own Hybrid on-prem location.

With our multiple APIs, compatible with popular competing services like Sendgrid, Sparkpost, and Mailgun, switching to our platform is seamless. You can continue using the same familiar API and even receive data in webhooks formatted accordingly. And if API integration is not feasible for your environment, don't worry. Our standard SMTP integration allows you to still receive event data via webhooks without any changes to your code or libraries. We aim to minimize any integration costs with zero man-hours required.

Easy Migration

The migration process is just as crucial as the integration itself. Your current ESP contains highly valuable information, such as suppression lists and complaint records, which are vital for maintaining your sending reputation. To ensure a seamless transition, the Omnivery team has developed a one-click migration wizard that simplifies the entire process. By selecting your current provider and entering your original API credentials, our system will effortlessly migrate all of your data for you.

Multi-user/multi customer

The Omnivery interface offers both multi-user and multi-customer capabilities. This means that if you are an agency, you have the ability to create sub-accounts under your main account. These sub-accounts will be billed alongside your main account, providing you with access to volume discounts.

Additionally, if you are a third-party consultant, your clients can invite you to join their Omnivery accounts. This allows you to seamlessly switch between customers without the need for multiple logins.
